He has served as Technical & Business Development executive board member to the Director General of NIMASA, Chief Executive Office & Managing Director of Jpango Marine Services, and Executive Director of a Warri-based energy firm. His profound sector intelligence drives Stellite's maritime logistics and commercial development.

Dolapo, FCA, brings over 35 years of eminent leadership across energy, infrastructure, and finance. He oversees Stellite’s commercial strategy, asset procurement, and marine deployment. Formerly Managing Director of Ajaokuta Gas Park, Adamantine Upstream, and Ekpat JV, and Head of Business Development at Axxela, he began his career as a GTBank pioneer, rising to General Manager of Institutional Banking overseeing a $10B portfolio.

Having held senior roles at Murphy Shipping & Commercial Services Limited, Grimaldi Agency, and Herald Marine, he commands Stellite's complex project deployments and operations. He holds an M.Sc. in Public Administration and is a Chartered Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
