Akudo is a distinguished energy executive with 22+ years of legal and corporate governance experience across West Africa's upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors. A 2003 Nigerian Bar signee, she previously served as General Counsel and Company Secretary for major energy conglomerates, steering transactions for landmark infrastructure. She directs Stellite’s high-level compliance, strategic partnerships, and governance with exceptional precision.

Jossy is a seasoned maritime and energy executive with over 30 years of strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder navigation experience. He has served as Technical & Business Development executive board member to the Director General of NIMASA, Chief Executive Office & Managing Director of Jpango Marine Services, and Executive Director of a Warri-based energy firm. His profound sector intelligence drives Stellite's maritime logistics and commercial development.

Dolapo, FCA, brings over 35 years of eminent leadership across energy, infrastructure, and finance. He oversees Stellite’s commercial strategy, asset procurement, and marine deployment. Formerly Managing Director of Ajaokuta Gas Park, Adamantine Upstream, and Ekpat JV, and Head of Business Development at Axxela, he began his career as a GTBank pioneer, rising to General Manager of Institutional Banking overseeing a $10B portfolio.

The first female Registrar/CEO of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and former Corporate Services Head at the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), she directs Stellite’s corporate compliance and ESG strategy with unmatched governance expertise.

Victor is a seasoned maritime, logistics, and energy professional with 25+ years of experience in ship agency, vessel management, and project execution. Having held senior roles at Murphy Shipping & Commercial Services Limited, Grimaldi Agency, and Herald Marine, he commands Stellite's complex project deployments and operations. He holds an M.Sc. in Public Administration and is a Chartered Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
