Flawless governance, strategic compliance, and precise operational execution are the cornerstones of sustainable energy growth.

Akudo is a distinguished energy executive with over 22 years of legal, regulatory, and corporate governance experience across the upstream, midstream, and downstream segments of the West African energy sector. Admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2003, she previously served as General Counsel and Company Secretary for major energy conglomerates, steering legal and transaction strategy for pioneering infrastructure assets, including Nigeria’s first comprehensive energy park (10,000 BPD modular refinery, 6MMSCF gas processing plant, and a 20MW power plant). She provides Stellite with exceptional corporate governance, regulatory alignment, and senior transactional oversight.

Jossy is a seasoned maritime and energy executive with three decades of proven expertise in strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder navigation within the West African oil and gas corridors. He started his career in the Nigerian maritime industry and previously served as an executive member (Technical Matters & Business Development) to the Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA). Also as Chief Executive Office & Managing Director of Jpango Marine Services Limited a major oil-and-gas maritime logistics enterprise and Executive Director of a Warri-based energy company, equipping him with unparalleled sector intelligence and operational depth.

Commercial discipline and strategic foresight are the structural pillars that transform complex energy infrastructure into risk-managed, high-performing realities.

Dolapo is a distinguished executive with over 35 years of senior leadership across the energy, infrastructure, and financial services sectors. At Stellite, he directs commercial strategy, vessel deployment, petroleum logistics, and dredging operations. His executive track record includes key leadership roles at Axxela Limited (advancing gas commercialization), and serving as Managing Director for Ajaokuta Gas Park, Adamantine Upstream, and Ekpat JV Producing. He began his career in 1990 as a pioneer at GTBank, rising across 15 years to General Manager and Head of Institutional Banking, managing a portfolio exceeding $10 billion.
