A 2003 Nigerian Bar signee, she previously served as General Counsel and Company Secretary for major energy conglomerates, steering transactions for landmark infrastructure. She directs Stellite’s high-level compliance, strategic partnerships, and governance with exceptional precision.

Formerly Managing Director of Ajaokuta Gas Park, Adamantine Upstream, and Ekpat JV, and Head of Business Development at Axxela, he began his career as a GTBank pioneer, rising to General Manager of Institutional Banking overseeing a $10B portfolio.
